豆庵入口Established in 1991, we produce tofu, soy milk, soy milk skin, and other tofu related goods using: Natural spring water from the Chichibu Mountains, Japan-grown and organic or specially-cultivated (reduced pesticides and fertilizers) soybeans, and natural bittern taken from the beautiful sea water of Izu-oshima Island. Our soybeans are 100% grown in Japan, and our products are carefully checked for quality from the soil to the table.

Soy desserts from Toan tofu factory desserts studio

In the corner of Toan tofu factory, we have a small studio where we make sweet desserts from just-made soy milk and okara (soy pulp). Together with other natural ingredients, these soy products change into sweet desserts full of nutrition from soy.

This fresh soy milk is essential in making our soy desserts. It is made from Japan-grown soybeans, organic or specially-cultivated with reduced amount of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

All the ingredients are chosen carefully, such as Japan-grown organic vegetables and organic sugar. Since each quality ingredient is delicious on their own, we make our desserts to enhance their natural flavors.


Handmade one by one
 

Our soy desserts are handmade with care, one by one. Therefore, we are not able to make so many at one time. The desserts are frozen to preserve the fresh taste.
